About the restaurant
With its wide patio doors, opening to a unique view and its large terrace above the river on warmer days, the Domaine’s restaurant does have one other major asset: its food.
An address singled out by many food guides, le chef Vakhtang Meliava and pastry chef Benoît Weber innovate, with much talent, new recipes, while at the same time, respecting the great tradition of French cooking.
Their belief: the promotion of products and of their original flavours in time with the seasons, a new menu every month illustrates this belief.
